Develop and/or check civil site plans, including site grading, access roads, drainage, and soil erosion and sediment control
Perform and/or check substation bus analysis calculations
Develop and/or check oil containment designs and specifications
Prepare and review material specifications, bid evaluations, and procurement recommendations
Assemble, review, and approve engineering calculation packages and civil/structural design submittals

Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, client requirements, internal standards, and engineering best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers, including reviewing work and supporting their technical development
Identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining project scope, schedule, and quality
Successfully lead and support multiple projects simultaneously
Participate in client meetings and project coordination activities
Travel to client offices and project/job sites as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program required
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
