We are seeking a Construction Service Manager to join our team! You will work closely with the service staff to ensure all parts needed for service are priced, ordered and delivered timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Qualifications Include:

· Understanding of construction parts and materials (Window, door, siding parts and more) Preferred.

· Proper Communication with customers and reporting manager

· Interface with other vendors

· Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

· Previous experience in construction management or other related fields (Preferred but not mandatory)

· Familiarity with construction management software

· Strong leadership qualities

· Strong negotiation skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Effective time management skills

· Proper means of transportation

· Customer Service background Required

· Construction background preferred but not mandatory
