Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Help with errands, shopping, and transportation as assigned.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Assist with personal care and mobility only as permitted by your training, assigned duties, and agency policies.
• Follow each client’s care plan and report changes or concerns to the office.
• Accurately document services and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to client safety.
• Ability to complete required background screening and training.
• Reliable transportation to assigned shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
