Perform turnover specification compliance audits, including review of torque records, binder sets, and documentation packages to ensure adherence to company and GC turnover expectations.
Ensure accurate records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality, Safety & Commissioning

Participate in site walks to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Support testing, commissioning, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.
Help ensure turnover documentation is complete and organized.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Development, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Assist with project handoffs and operational readiness activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

Key Skills

Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, ACC, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms preferred.

Required Experience

2-5 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, design-build, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Experience coordinating project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, schedules, and change management activities.
Exposure to data centers, critical facilities, MEP systems, commissioning, or technical building infrastructure preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

What Success Looks Like

Potential project risks and field issues are identified early and escalated appropriately.
