At Shrivers Pharmacy (a proud part of Coler Healthcare), we’ve been more than a local independent pharmacy since 1979 - we’re neighbors who truly care for the communities we serve across Southeast Ohio. Our compounding pharmacists get to do some of the most rewarding, creative work in pharmacy: designing personalized medications that commercial products simply can’t provide.

Every day brings something new. You’ll collaborate with prescribers and patients to solve unique challenges in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), pain management, pediatric and veterinary compounding, dermatology, and more. Using our state-of-the-art lab (equipped with precision tools like an ointment mill, electronic mortar & pestle, and capsule machine) and PCCA training, you’ll craft custom strengths, dosage forms, and flavors that make real differences in people’s lives. It’s clinical problem-solving at its best - working at the top of your license with the freedom to use your expertise and creativity. This role will also be in rotation with covering open pharmacist shifts at any of our locations which gives the opportunity to meet more of the team and see the pharmacy outside of the lab.

We’re looking for a clinically trained problem-solver who thrives on variety, takes pride in high standards, and wants to be part of a team that puts people first. Whether based at our compounding lab or floating across our Southeast Ohio locations (serving counties like Morgan, Muskingum, Athens, Perry, Hocking, and more), you’ll have the resources, autonomy, and support to do meaningful work. Additional standard role requirements include:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio with the expectation of becoming licensed in West Virginia within the first year.
• Successful completion of a fingerprint-based criminal history evaluation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• A team-first attitude and commitment to excellent patient care.
• A genuine passion for community-focused healthcare.
• Leadership experience preferred.
