Associate Portfolio Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA

Schedule: In office Tues-Thurs; WFH option Mon/Fri. Hours: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Are you passionate about investing, building long-term client relationships, and collaboration? Coldstream is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager to join our largest Bellevue team. This position will be responsible for portfolio construction, rebalancing, trading, and investment strategy analysis.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Use quantitative risk models and optimization to manage multi-asset portfolios
• Perform ongoing, systematic audits of the portfolio rebalancer to ensure portfolios are within the clients’ portfolio targets
• Generate and execute daily trade orders and model-based portfolio rebalancing
• Develop and maintain tools and rebalancer settings to increase trading efficiencies and minimize errors
• Serve on the firm’s Investment Strategy Group, providing input on strategic and tactical asset allocation guidelines for portfolios firm-wide
• Execute tax loss harvesting
• Monitor cash and yield alternatives (Money Market Funds, CDs, T-bills, etc.) and communicate best thinking to the team

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• FINRA Series 65 (waived for experienced trader with a CFA designation)
• CFA candidate
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry in a high-net-worth, client-facing environment, including experience with portfolio operations and performance
• Excellent Excel skills; proficiency with Tamarac, Morningstar, and Bloomberg; AdvisorView and Rebalancer are preferred
• Acute attention to detail and proofing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
