You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data architects, analysts, and engineering teams to develop modern cloud-based data platforms that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

In this role, you will:

Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions that transform raw data into trusted, business-ready information assets.
Develop and optimize ETL workflows that integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into Snowflake environments.
Configure and support Snowpipe-based ingestion processes to enable reliable batch and near real-time data integration.
Design and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and SQL workloads to support enterprise analytics and reporting requirements.
Drive performance tuning, workload optimization, and capacity planning activities across Snowflake environments.
Implement data quality controls, validation frameworks, and exception handling processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into scalable data engineering solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and platform issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop reusable engineering frameworks, coding standards, and best practices that improve delivery speed and solution quality.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Snowflake, ETL development, data modeling, and engineering best practices.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ETL and data integration solutions.
Expertise in Snowflake performance tuning, optimization, and workload management.
Experience designing cloud-based data warehouses and modern analytics platforms.
Strong SQL development and data modeling skills.
Experience implementing data quality validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

These will help you stand out

Experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
Knowledge of underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, or insurance analytics data domains.
Experience supporting near real-time data ingestion and streaming architectures.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience establishing enterprise data engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and automation approaches.
Experience supporting large-scale data modernization initiatives and cloud transformations.

We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Don't hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed.
