You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data architects, analysts, and engineering teams to develop modern cloud-based data platforms that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

In this role, you will:

Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions that transform raw data into trusted, business-ready information assets.
Develop and optimize ETL workflows that integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into Snowflake environments.
Configure and support Snowpipe-based ingestion processes to enable reliable batch and near real-time data integration.
Design and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and SQL workloads to support enterprise analytics and reporting requirements.
Drive performance tuning, workload optimization, and capacity planning activities across Snowflake environments.
Implement data quality controls, validation frameworks, and exception handling processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into scalable data engineering solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and platform issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop reusable engineering frameworks, coding standards, and best practices that improve delivery speed and solution quality.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Snowflake, ETL development, data modeling, and engineering best practices.
