Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate payment processing requirements, benefit designs, and regulatory needs into technical solutions.
Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Mentor engineering teams and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality, scalability, and operational reliability.

Experience developing modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proven experience building REST APIs, working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, relational databases, Git-based source control, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

These will help you stand out
