Network Engineer

Design and deploy LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches and Zscaler-based secure network connectivity across multiple sites. Manage IP addressing schemes, including planning new subnets and resolving IP exhaustion issues through efficient DHCP configurations and subnet allocation. Engineer custom network solutions for specific projects including the setup of dedicated VLANs for critical operations and configuration of IPsec tunnels for secure site-to-site communications, ensuring encrypted data transmission and enhancing overall network security posture. Conduct physical replacements of networking hardware components such as Firewall, Switches and chassis, ensuring minimal impact on network operations. Primary worksite is Northville MI but relocation possible.
