- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering accountability, engagement, and a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics, labor utilization, and workflow priorities, making real-time adjustments to optimize throughput, accuracy, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, inventory controls, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Partner with warehouse leadership and Human Resources on employee development, performance management, staffing, and retention initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Ability to manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Must be comfortable operating a forklift and actively working on the warehouse floor.
