Industrial maintenance involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing machinery and equipment to keep manufacturing, energy, and production facilities running safely and efficiently. Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Inspecting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to locate the source of malfunctions or performance errors.
• Preventive Maintenance: Cleaning, lubricating, calibrating, and testing machinery on a regular schedule to prevent unexpected breakdowns and costly downtime.
• Repairs and Replacements: Disassembling broken equipment, swapping out worn-out parts, and overhauling entire assemblies using specialized hand and power tools.
• Installation and Setup: Assembling and integrating new machinery, reading blueprints or technical schematics, and aligning components to optimal specifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring all plant systems, robots, and automated production lines meet strict industry safety standards and operational codes
