Property Manager Trainee Compensation based on skills and experience. Part-Time Career (24-32 hrs./wk.) Hands-on training in residential and commercial property management, including marketing, leasing, tenant relations, bookkeeping, and property operations. 1. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms for business marketing. 2. Basic bookkeeping, account management, photography, social media, or digital marketing experience. 3. QuickBooks experience is a plus. 4. Ability and desire to quickly learn and use new computer programs.
