Production/General Labor

CPS is currently hiring for Production/General Labor position at our manufacturing plant in Wilmington, NC. The position is a hands-on role which involves various tasks that support our daily operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Placing Steel and Rebar Tying Placing/Finishing concrete Work is outdoors and will require working in various weather conditions Placing prestressing strands General clean up (daily) Patching and preparing product for shipment Lifting a minimum of 25 lbs. on a regular basis Schedule: Hours may vary based on production needs Typical work week is Monday through Friday, Daytime hours Overtime may be required daily and on Saturdays when scheduled Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor Willingness to work outdoors Dependable and eager to learn Experience: Prior experience is preferred but not a requirement. CPS will provide on the job training Advancement in duties and pay will be dependent on the individual performing the job Pay: Starting base pay is $15/hour Starting pay rate can be adjusted based on prior experience with referrals Important- Applicants must complete both the application and application profile pages to be considered for employment.
