We are currently seeking Extrusion Assistant Operators to join our growing team. This role is essential to our production success and offers an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.

Shift Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and package production materials to meet quality standards
• Conduct visual and measured inspections using calipers and related tools
• Complete QC checks, product labeling, and production paperwork accurately
• Must achieve Die Change-Over and On-Line Die Cleaning Standards
• Operate production line, using current Centerline information, etc., to insure a quality product and production rates. Must record all process parameters frequently throughout the shift.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas according to housekeeping standards
• Assist with die changeovers and in-line cleaning
• Stock and manage packaging supplies
• Safely store finished products
• Communicate issues and safety concerns promptly
• Work closely with Leads, Operators, Maintenance Techs, and other departments
• Perform other tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of material handling or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, kneel, and move up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally over 100 lbs)
• Ability to work in a high-noise manufacturing environment with PPE
• Must pass a background check
