Bus Driver

Summary:

The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and other designated locations. Guaranteed 4 hours per day. 9 month out of the year position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a school bus safely and efficiently while following all traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure the safety of all passengers on the bus
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements (or be willing to obtain one)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
