Epic MyChart Analyst

ClinDCast is looking for Epic MyChart Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement.
• Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.
• Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Epic MyChart.

• Epic certification in Epic MyChart is MANDATORY.
• Epic MyChart Build and Implementation Experience.
• Strong understanding of Epic workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
