ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write customer and partner case studies, technical articles, product explainers, launch materials, and social posts.
- Interview customers, partners, and internal experts, then use demos and results to create evidence-based stories.
- Build familiarity with the platform, marketplace, and customer workflows to explain them accurately.
- Work with founders and cross-functional teammates to communicate product vision, technical insights, and platform outcomes in a consistent voice.
- Propose topics and formats, manage drafts through feedback and publication, and refine content based on reader engagement and team input.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience writing technical content for engineering or AI audiences, supported by a portfolio that makes complex concepts clear.
- Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly and translate technical conversations into accessible narratives.
- Strong interviewing and storytelling skills, including the ability to draw useful detail from demos and conversations.
- Comfort working across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams, and managing content projects from idea to publication.
- Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or related technical domains.
