Original job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

This customer-facing role bridges pre-sales solution design and implementation for a logistics software platform focused on temperature-controlled supply chains. As part of the commercial organization, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to carry customer solutions from discovery through go-live.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead technical and process discovery with customer stakeholders across supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customers' workflows and handle technical objections.
  • Design solutions that define applicable modules, required data, integrations, phases, and scope.
  • Turn solution designs into sequenced implementation plans and scoped statements of work, identifying effort, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner with Sales on proposals and commercial documents to ensure commitments are technically deliverable.
  • Lead solution workshops, guide software configuration, and remain accountable for the design through customer go-live.
  • Coordinate technical handoffs and delivery sequencing with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager delivering enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.
  • Experience with tailored demonstrations, technical sales discussions, and managing objections.
  • Background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management workflows, ideally in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, food, or healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software, along with familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and system interoperability.
  • Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, or equivalent design tools, and Linear, Jira, or similar project tracking systems.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and create reusable implementation resources.
