Original job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build pipeline for an AI platform serving hospitality operators. You will identify prospective customers, qualify their needs, and book meetings with decision-makers, while sharing market feedback with the sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with 100 or more calls per day as the baseline.
Use established outreach plays and refine them based on results.
Hold brief discovery conversations with executives and operators to understand their property portfolio, software systems, and guest communication challenges.
Qualify prospects and book product demonstrations.
Share objections, customer insights, and promising segments with account executives and company leadership.
Test and measure outreach messaging and sequences, tracking conversion at each step.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 2 years of sales development experience, including outbound prospecting in a B2B SaaS startup.
A bachelor's degree.
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, hospitality, or a related sector, preferably selling a technical product.
Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and resilience in the face of rejection.
Experience qualifying and booking meetings with executives and operators, including within enterprise accounts.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to learn customer workflows quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. Base salary range was not provided.

LOCATION

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
