Founders Associate Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

Work directly with the founder at an early-stage fintech and AI company developing technology-enabled investment banking services. You will take high-priority projects from initial research through recommendations and execution, contributing to growth, fundraising, operations, and recruiting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify prospective clients and partners, develop outreach approaches, and help turn conversations into commercial relationships.
• Research investors, refine fundraising materials, build financial analyses, and coordinate diligence and follow-ups.
• Source and assess candidates and help create effective operating and recruiting processes.
• Research new opportunities, address strategic questions, and execute other high-priority founder-led projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Zero to three years of experience, including internship experience in investment banking, a high-growth startup, management consulting, private equity, or an adjacent finance field.
• Experience across relevant fields is valued, particularly a combination of finance and startup or commercial work.
• Experience contributing to financial modeling, fundraising materials, business development, transactions, partnerships, or client outcomes.
• Ability to work closely with a founder or senior executive and turn open-ended problems into clear recommendations and action.
• Strong judgment, resourcefulness, commercial awareness, and discretion.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary is $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The internship is expected to last three to six months. Visa sponsorship details were not provided.
