Founder Associate Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

Work closely with a small founding team at an AI-powered talent and recruiting startup. You will help connect candidates with relevant opportunities at venture-backed startups and improve the experience and workflows that support those connections.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support candidate relationships and help connect strong talent with suitable startup opportunities.
• Own and improve operational workflows that support a high-quality candidate experience.
• Contribute to initiatives across recruiting operations, founder support, and social media.
• Help optimize processes through workflow automation and other practical improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A completed bachelor's degree and at least three months of internship experience.
• Evidence of strong academic performance, substantial project work, selective academic experience, or meaningful GitHub contributions.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital.
• Prior recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate relationship experience is helpful, as is a background in social media, founder support, or operations.
• Familiarity with venture-backed startups and their hiring practices, plus experience improving workflows or automating processes, is valuable.
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, live and work in a shared setting, and commit to a six-day work week for the internship.
