ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the founding team of an early-stage AI-powered recruiting and talent marketplace company as a hands-on operator. You will take on high-impact work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships to improve candidate outcomes and help the business scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead founder-priority projects, from exploring new markets to executing strategic initiatives.
- Improve the candidate experience, funnel conversion, and hiring outcomes.
- Design and implement scalable operating processes and systems.
- Support go-to-market efforts by refining messaging, running experiments, and developing partnerships.
- Turn feedback from candidates and hiring companies into actionable product priorities.
- Independently shift between operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as business needs evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator, with hands-on ownership in founder support, strategy, recruiting, growth, or special projects.
- Ability to work independently across varied, ambiguous projects and drive outcomes end to end.
- Willingness to work closely with a small founding team in an early-stage environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California. Candidates must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate. The role involves working in person with the founding team in a shared living and working setup.
