• Make outbound calls to prospective clients nationwide across various time zones
• Follow a structured outreach approach while keeping conversations natural and engaging
• Ask thoughtful questions and guide discussions with confidence
• Identify qualified opportunities and set appointments and/or generate requests for quotes
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Represent the company with professionalism and polish in every interaction

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle conversations professionally
• Effective active listening and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry
• Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or construction-related industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation

• $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Monthly performance-based bonus / commission plan

Additional Requirements

• Ability to reliably commute to the office
• Willingness to work fully onsite
