  • Stay Organized: Monitor parts and supply levels, maintain a clean and safe work area, and complete required production and quality documentation.
  • Be a Team Player: Work alongside fellow team members to meet production goals, assist coworkers, and contribute to an efficient manufacturing operation.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Experience using common hand and power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • A dependable, safety-conscious attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

You'll work in a traditional manufacturing shop environment where temperatures may vary by season. The position involves exposure to typical manufacturing noise levels and occasional fumes or odors associated with production activities.

Travel: None required.
