• Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, and operational challenges while ensuring effective and timely solutions.

• Staffing and Retention: Coordinate staffing needs with leadership and the branch staffing coordinator. Support employee engagement and retention while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor labor, supplies, and other operating expenses to ensure assigned contracts remain within budget.

• Equipment and Supplies: Ensure teams have the equipment, materials, and resources necessary to perform their duties safely and effectively.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensure employees understand and follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and team performance. Encourage the use of digital tools and improved work practices.

• Communication and Collaboration: Participate in daily meetings to review business updates, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or management role.

• Experience in the janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility services industry preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple locations, competing priorities, and changing operational needs.

• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards.

• A proactive, adaptable approach to change, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a professional approach to leadership.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Key Competencies for Success

• Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to lead by example, work alongside teams when needed, and take ownership of results.

• Accountability: Takes responsibility for performance, addresses challenges directly, and follows through on commitments.

• Relationship Building: Develops productive working relationships with employees, clients, and leadership at all levels.

• Team Development: Builds capable teams through coaching, communication, training, and consistent performance management.

• Change Leadership: Embraces new ideas, adapts to evolving business needs, and helps teams navigate change.
