SUMMARY

Clean Scapes is seeking a dependable groundskeeper to support a commercial property. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, presentable grounds and assisting with hand-watering at additional properties.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property

• Cleaning sidewalks, walkways, landscaped areas, and dumpster enclosures

• Retrieving and relocating shopping carts

• Using power blowers and other equipment to keep grounds clean

• Removing unauthorized signs, flyers, stickers, and advertisements

• Maintain clean and presentable outdoor areas

• Complete other basic landscape-maintenance tasks as needed

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Thursday–Monday, starting at 6:00 AM. Saturdays may extend past 12:00 PM, with employees reporting to the shop first. Sundays end promptly at 12:00 PM, with employees reporting directly to the quarry.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor-maintenance experience preferred

• Hand-watering or basic plant-care experience is a plus

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
