Facility Technician

Clean Harbors located in La Porte, TX is seeking a Weekend Facility Technician to add to their team. The Facility Technician will help load and unload trucks coming into the plant using a forklift, as well as helping stage waste for processing. Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 4-day work week. 6:30am-5:00pm. Overtime as needed. Pay: $20.00/HR $1.75/HR shift diff for Saturday and Sunday. Why work for Clean Harbors?

• Follow all Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Operate forklift on docks to load and unload trucks;
• Submit documentation for waste tracking and movement;
• Maintain area compliance with permit standards;
• Meet or exceed daily production goals;
• Keep work areas clean and organized;
• All other duties as required by management.
• High School diploma or equivalent required;
• Must be 18 years or older;
• 1+Years of related experience in warehouse, industrial or laboring is required;
• Forklift experience required;
• Ability to use computer efficiently;
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
