What You'll Do
Make Everyday Life Easier
- Assist Members with light housekeeping, laundry and everyday household tasks.
- Prepare meals and help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
- Support household routines based on each Member’s individual needs and preferences.
Provide Meaningful Companionship
- Build positive, trusting relationships through conversation, encouragement and companionship.
- Offer friendly support that helps Members feel connected, valued and respected.
- Encourage independence, personal choice and participation in everyday activities.
Help Members Stay Independent
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping and other routine household needs.
- Provide individualized assistance that supports Members in managing their daily lives.
- Respect each Member’s preferences, privacy and personal goals.
Support Safety & Quality Care
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
- Recognize and communicate concerns about Member safety or well-being.
- Follow individual service plans, organizational procedures and applicable safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with care teams to provide dependable, person-centered support.
What You'll Bring

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependability, good judgment and attention to detail.
- Comfort assisting with household tasks, meal preparation and errands.
- Respect for individual dignity, independence and personal preferences.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Ability to successfully complete required caregiver background checks.
