12 Days Out, 48 Hours Home
Drivers work a 12-day operating cycle followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. This schedule provides a defined home-time routine while allowing enough time on the road to build consistent regional mileage. Loads are coordinated in advance whenever possible so drivers can transition from one assignment to the next without unnecessary gaps between trips.
No-Touch Dry Van Freight
The freight is regional dry van with a high percentage of no-touch loads. Most shipments are drop-and-hook, with some live unload deliveries depending on the customer. Average haul lengths of 700–750 miles provide longer runs rather than relying entirely on short trips and frequent stops.
Weekly Compensation
Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week based on miles and experience. Detention compensation is available for qualifying delays.
After 6 months, eligible drivers receive medical, dental, and vision coverage along with paid time off and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.
2021 or Newer Trucks
The fleet consists of 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Equipment includes APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts for additional comfort while away from home.
Preventive maintenance is performed on a regular schedule to help minimize equipment-related downtime.
Parking, Riders & Pets
Drivers may take their assigned truck home for scheduled resets when safe parking is available. Approved parking locations are also available when taking the truck home is not an option.
