  • Help evaluate system capacity, project costs, and funding options; prepare reports and presentations for City boards, Council, and public meetings.
  • Support utility standards, specifications, policies, MS4 initiatives, and the organization and digitization of project records.
  • Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, and train Engineering Representatives I and II and other staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with systems such as Accela, ArcMap/GIS, Application Xtender, Laredo, CIS, and PMIS.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, plans, maps, easements, regulations, and governmental standards.
  • Notary Public certification, or ability to obtain it within 18 months of employment.
  • Valid Indiana driver's license if using a City vehicle.
