Strong experience with C#/.NET, API development, and integration frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps or equivalent pipelines.
Understanding of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, and monitoring/observability in Azure.
Ability to design solutions that balance performance, scalability, and operational maintainability.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications: (If Required)

Microsoft Azure developer or architect certifications preferred but not required.

Experience working collaboratively with security, operations, and business teams to deliver mission-aligned IT capabilities.
Strong architectural and communication skills for presenting designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Environment

Location: On-site at USCP facilities in Washington, DC, with hybrid work; initial full on-site followed by a minimum 2 days per week on-site and up to 3 days telework, subject to USCP decisions.
Schedule: Full-time; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional off-hours and weekend support for deployments, special events, and incident handling.
