Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices for Power Platform.
Experience integrating solutions with Azure services and SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance considerations for Power Platform deployments.
Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly Power Apps solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related discipline.

Certifications: (If Required)

Security Clearance:

Ability to pass USCP background investigation and badging requirements and manage sensitive information in accordance with USCP confidentiality and security standards.

Strong communication skills for engaging business stakeholders and training end users.

Work Environment

Location: On-site at USCP facilities in Washington, DC with hybrid work; initial full on-site period, then at least 2 days per week on-site and up to 3 days telework, subject to USCP operational needs.
Schedule: Full-time; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional support during off-hours for deployments and special events.
