As our North America team continues to grow, we're looking for talented Directors to join our team. Whether you're currently working as a Program Manager, Program Director, Senior Project Manager, Transformation Lead, PMO Director, Solutions Design Consultant, or in a senior leadership role across investment operations, data, or technology within the buy-side investment management industry, you'll have the opportunity to lead some of the industry's most impactful transformation initiatives while helping shape the growth of our consulting practice.

Role Overview

As a Director, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives for leading asset and investment managers, providing executive-level advisory services, directing complex programmes, building senior client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Citisoft's practices.

Our Directors combine deep investment management expertise, programme leadership, and commercial acumen to help clients successfully deliver change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programmes across business, operations, data, and technology.
• Provide executive-level advisory services and strategic guidance to clients.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Define engagement approaches, governance models, and delivery strategies.
• Lead programme governance, steering committees, and senior stakeholder forums.
• Support business development through account growth, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams through coaching and leadership.
• Contribute to Citisoft's thought leadership, methodologies, and industry presence.

Skills & Experience

• 15+ years' experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within investment management, consulting, or financial services.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Program Director, Implementation Lead, Transformation Lead, Delivery Director, Head of Change, or similar leadership role.
• Strong buy-side investment management knowledge.
• Demonstrated success leading complex programmes and managing executive client relationships.
• Experience driving business development and growing client accounts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
