As our North America team continues to grow, we're looking for talented Consultants to join our team. Whether you're currently working as a Management Consultant, Analyst, PMO, or Business Analyst, or have a background in transformation delivery, technology, or investment operations within the buy-side investment management industry, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and industry practitioners on some of the industry's most impactful change initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client engagements across asset and wealth management organisations. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will help analyse business challenges, gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting engagements across business, operational, data, and technology initiatives.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Analyse business processes, operating models, and technology environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of business, operational, data, and technology solutions.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables, process documentation, presentations, and recommendations.
• Support programme governance, project delivery, and PMO activities.
• Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders across business, operations, data, and technology teams.
• Contribute to Citisoft's continued growth through knowledge sharing and practice development.

Skills & Experience

We're interested in candidates who bring:

• 5+ years' experience in asset or investment management consulting, industry roles, or delivery focused change programmes
• Experience within asset management, investment operations, asset servicing, or investment technology environments.
• Proven experience in:
• Business analysis and requirements management
• Solution design and delivery enablement
• Working across business, operations, and technology teams
• Exposure to asset management platforms or service providers (e.g. OMS/EMS, IBOR/ABOR, custody, fund administration, data platforms) is highly desirable
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in structured governance environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing client‑ready deliverables
