Review and evaluate proposed technical testing solutions to confirm they meet quality, performance, and delivery requirements.
Shape automation testing strategy in partnership with broader technology leadership, aligning testing practices with business priorities.
Manage budget, resourcing, and delivery timelines to keep testing milestones on track.
Define and maintain testing standards, negotiating with external vendors and partners where required.
Identify and manage risk within testing processes, ensuring activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and Citi policy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience managing teams and stakeholders, including hiring and performance evaluation.
Demonstrated leadership skills and proven project management capability.
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred

What We Offer:

Join a technology team driving the future of automation and AI-enabled testing at Citi, where you will shape how quality is built into every stage of software delivery.

Lead and grow a team of automation testing engineers, shaping how AI is applied to modern quality assurance practices.
Work in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working remotely, supporting a balanced approach to work and life.
Collaborate with technology teams across Citi's global network, gaining exposure to large-scale, complex systems.
Access ongoing learning and development opportunities to build your technical and leadership expertise.
