The application window is expected to close on: 11/13/2026Meet the Team Join a high-impact team at the center of Cisco’s mission to revolutionize how organizations connect and protect in the AI era. We are building a modern sales team of AI-enabled sellers who show up more prepared, compete differently, and unlock innovation for customers and partners. With AI, the seller experience, and customer value at our core, we are redefining how we activate and drive adoption so our strategy becomes reality. The Seller Experience team connects global sales priorities with the day-to-day reality of sellers and sales leaders. We work across regions, functions, and strategic programs to bring field perspectives into sales transformation initiatives and support the successful adoption of new capabilities.
Your Impact As the Activation & Adoption Manager, Seller Experience you will manage the structured programs that bring the seller's voice directly into Cisco’s most critical sales transformation and enablement initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate field listening networks and early testing programs across sales roles and regions. You will bring together qualitative feedback from sellers and quantitative adoption data to identify recurring patterns, surface operational friction, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Working closely with cross-functional partners and regional leads, you will manage defined program deliverables, track follow-through, and help demonstrate how field input directly shapes tools, workflows, and enablement. Working with the Seller Experience team and cross-functional partners, your responsibilities include: Managing Seller Feedback & Field Listening Programs
- Manage seller feedback programs and advisory communities across regions and sales roles, including planning, participation, engagement and follow-through.
- Build and maintain broad seller participation across regions and sales roles, in partnership with regional and functional sales leaders.
- Track participant engagement, recurring feedback themes, and operational follow-up actions over time. Turning Field Feedback Into Actionable Insights
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative program data to identify meaningful patterns, priorities, and opportunities to improve the seller experience.
- Distinguish systemic, recurring themes from isolated feedback, validating findings with cross-functional partners.
- Develop concise executive summaries, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for program owners and sales leadership.
- Partner with program owners to communicate back to sellers how their input was considered, including actions taken and next steps. Program Operations & Follow-Through
- Manage defined program deliverables, milestones, and follow-up action registers in Asana or comparable work-management platforms.
- Provide clear, consistent status updates, risk flags, decision logs, and next steps to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track field feedback through review and follow-up, documenting decisions, action owners, and resulting program or tool changes.
- Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate feedback synthesis, streamline documentation, and enhance reporting efficiency while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Cross-Functional & Regional Partnership
- Partner with regional adoption and activation leads and Sales Strategy & Planning teams to align feedback topics, timing, and follow-through with local sales rhythms.
- Coordinate across related seller communities and enablement programs to build on existing touchpoints and respect sellers' customer-facing time.
- Partner with field communications and activation leads to incorporate seller feedback and peer stories into leadership briefings, manager coaching kits, and field updates.
- Support a consistent global listening framework while accommodating regional and theater-specific operational nuances.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Sales Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, sales enablement, change management, field engagement, community management, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record supporting sales, go-to-market, customer success, or revenue-facing organizations.
- Strong program-management discipline, including hands-on experience using Asana or comparable enterprise work-management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex qualitative feedback and data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
- Experience synthesizing feedback from multiple sources, identifying meaningful themes and turning them into recommendations for decision-makers.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders, functions, and deadlines in a global, matrixed environment.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
- Practical fluency using generative AI tools to improve research, qualitative synthesis, documentation, and reporting workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting structured field testing, pilot rollouts, seller advisory councils, or voice-of-the-field listening programs.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise sales roles and workflows (Account Executives, Systems Engineers, Specialists, Partners, and Front-Line Sales Managers).
- Experience supporting the adoption of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), AI-powered sales tools, enablement platforms, or seller-productivity initiatives.
- Proven ability to design clean feedback dashboards, status scorecards, and data visualizations.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) or structured sales enablement frameworks.
- Prior experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, or global sales operations environments.
