We are seeking a seasoned oil and gas sales professional with proven hands-on experience with vapor recovery solutions and a well-established network of industry contacts throughout the Permian Basin. The ideal candidate understands VRU applications, knows the regional market landscape, and has strong relationships with the operators and decision-makers responsible for these assets.
The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Vapor Recovery & Emissions Solutions to grow Cimarron’s business across the Permian Basin and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate brings an established network within the Permian oil and gas market, including relationships with operators, midstream companies, engineering groups, and other industry decision-makers.
Success in this role will come from knowing the market, understanding customer operating challenges, building trusted relationships, and turning those relationships into profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Grow sales of vapor recovery, emissions-control, automation, monitoring, and related service solutions across the Permian Basin.
· Develop new business through an existing industry network while expanding relationships within current Cimarron customers.
· Build relationships with operations, engineering, environmental, procurement, and management decision-makers.
· Identify VRU and emissions opportunities at production facilities, tank batteries, compressor stations, and midstream assets.
