The Scheduler/Planner position will be responsible to handle, but is not limited to the following:

Essential Function

• Plan and coordinate maintenance with client’s employees.
• Attend Athlon morning meetings to cover future work and receive feedback.
• Ensure all Project Manager’s are completed one week before due date.
• Update Project Manager’s with labor hours, number of employees, and materials as needed.
• Must be able to run SAP at an advanced level as stated.
• Procure equipment and material as needed.
• Conduct CIMA safety meetings with maintenance employees on site.
• Ensure CIMA maintenance are following all Athlon safety procedures.
• Weekly after hours on call rotation.
• Oversee and assist with walkthroughs.
• Assist with the actual work if needed.
• Organize and establish surplus/stores material for client’s maintenance.
• Develop stores stock material part numbers.
• Set up notifications for materials on PM schedule.
• Help develop Athlon maintenance processes.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma preferred.
• 5 years of more.

Work Conditions/Physical Demands:

• Frequent sitting, walking and direct face to face customer service interaction.
• Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawl.
• Must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
