Position: Ag Equipment Operator Requirements: Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 75 lbs. Job Description: Operates machines such as dryers, cleaners, gin stands and linters that dry, clean and separate cotton lint from seed and waste material; records seed weight and bale weight; operate beltwide and module feeder, mote press, automatic bagger; drive pickup to obtain parts and supplies; daily upkeep and cleaning of equipment while ginning; during times of peak need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increases; work at night may be requested; employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath. Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 40hrs per week.
