Gasket Operator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Gasket Operator A to join our manufacturing team in West Boylston, MA. This position is responsible for operating robotic and gasket equipment while meeting daily production and quality goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following safety and quality procedures, and working closely with Area Leads and Engineering to maintain and improve production processes. Key Responsibilities \~ Operate robotic and gasket machinery proficiently while maintaining product quality. \~ Maintain area organization and proper product flow under the supervision of the Area Lead. \~ Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures, as well as Standard Work Instructions and Workmanship Standards. \~ Complete machine setup and shutdown procedures within the Robotic and Gasket departments. \~ Meet or exceed daily production, quality, and departmental deadlines. \~ Participate in failure analysis and corrective-action investigations with Area Leads and Engineering. \~ Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve production processes, run rates, and yields. \~ Communicate effectively with team members, Area Leads, Engineering, and management. \~ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. \~ Work extended hours or 12-hour shifts when required by production needs. \~ Stand for the full duration of the shift when required. \~ Follow all procedures related to the safe handling of solvents and use of respiratory protection. Qualifications \~ Previous manufacturing, machine operation, robotic equipment, or gasket production experience preferred. \~ Ability to operate machinery while maintaining quality and productivity standards. \~ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. \~ Ability to identify problems and work with Area Leads and Engineering to develop solutions. \~ Strong communication and teamwork skills. \~ Ability to meet and exceed production goals and deadlines. \~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \~ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. \~ Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. 1-4 times per day. \~ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment. \~ Must be able to comply with respiratory protection requirements when working with solvents. Limited to no facial hair may be required to meet respirator-fit requirements. \~ Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
