Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
- Collect and record data on patient behavior
- Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively
Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)::
- Pay range: Hourly $22-$28 per hour
- M-F 4:00-8:00PM
- 15-20 hours a week (flexible hours)
Skills and Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Registered behavior Technician (RBT)/willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- Experienced working with kids is preferred
