Team Member - Chick-fil-A At Chick-fil-A San Marcos, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to learn and grow. Team Member Responsibilities

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable and work with a strong work ethic
• Adhere to Chick-fil-a rules and dress code at all times
• Stock inventory as needed
• Maintain clean, food safe environment
