Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs
• Train new hires and set the tone for each shift
• Lead by example as a friendly, encouraging team player
• Manage opening/closing duties and key holder responsibilities
• Ensure effective communication with team members

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a friendly smile
• Ability to create and maintain eye contact
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
