Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and set the pace for the team
• Coach and develop Team Members throughout each shift
• Train new Team Members and help them build confidence in their roles
• Create a positive, encouraging, and accountable team environment
• Step in to solve problems and respond to guest needs
• Help ensure food, service, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
• Open and/or close the restaurant and lead shifts
• Handle cash and complete end-of-day procedures
• Communicate clearly with Team Members and Restaurant Leaders
• Hold yourself and others accountable while treating people with respect

Previous leadership or restaurant experience is preferred, but we're more interested in your character, work ethic, and desire to lead than your job title.
