Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of store operations ensuring smooth workflow
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales to maximize profitability
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a talented and motivated team
• Handle customer complaints and queries with a courteous and friendly approach
• Maintain financial and statistical records and manage budgets effectively
• Set and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and coordinate with management on store initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in decision-making
• Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and numerical skills
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and able to show initiative
• Proficient in IT and executive problem-solving skills
• Ability to set a positive example and foster teamwork
• Have a strong ability to handle high volume restaurant
• Has the desire to work side by side with the team (this is hands on leadership)
