Shift Leader

Leadership begins with putting other people first. Help lead our team through service, guidance, and support. Our staff work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Managing day to day cash responsibilities
• Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
• Managing team member performance and staffing needs
• Overseeing daily inventory needs
• Engaging and resolving customer complaints
• Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Executing catering orders and unique customer needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
• Knowledge of computer and internet based software and hardware preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Must be available Monday to Saturday

• Must be Able to Work in a Team Atmosphere Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
