Role Overview As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. You’ll serve guests with warmth and care, prepare high-quality meals to Chick-fil-A’s precise standards, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a warm smile and deliver meals with genuine hospitality.
• Assist with drive-thru, dining room, and curbside service.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
• Restock supplies and support general restaurant operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Available for varied shifts - mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
