Your Role as a Kitchen Team Member in the Back of House (BOH)
- Represent Chick-fil-A with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a smile
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards for excellence and food safety
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Follow operational and food safety policies accurately and efficiently
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Stand for long periods and lift 10-40 pounds regularly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 16 years old with some high school education or higher
- Previous experience in food service, food safety, or customer service is a plus
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- If hired, must obtain a Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
