We are seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to oversee our culinary operations, motivate the line crew, and ensure every meal leaving our kitchen meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Shift: Supervise kitchen operations, manage line positions, and ensure efficient speed of service and quality.
• Problem Solve on the Fly: Handle unexpected rushes, restaurant challenges, or equipment issues calmly and effectively.
• Take Initiative: Look beyond the daily checklist to improve kitchen organization, safety, and efficiency without needing to be asked.
• Maintain Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and portion control guidelines during the shift.
